Using my iPhone 5S to view past broadcasts, this app completely closes after just a few seconds of the first ad, and if I close out and try again its the same thing over...and over...and over. Worst app ever!!

Worst video app ever had. Keep freezing every 5 seconds. Need to fix.

This update took the app from poor to unusable. Ads repeat over and over. App freezes in the middle of a segment. And it frequently loses audio synch.

It freezes and restarts. They need to fix this, cause otherwise its useless.

((would have been 0 stars..but Apple disallows ratings equal to opinion)) Anyhow....all i get is an ad loop...a 30 second commercial, repeat...infinitely. does not show anything besides a commercial. - i bet they spent alot of money on this too. Hey NBC; call me/email me, ill rebuild this app so it works(to "work" ; to provide functionality and feature sets that are to the purpose itself without error.) and probably cheaper too. ok ?

I cant even open the app now. Before it would open, freeze, the crash. Now it immediately crashes within one second of me clicking the app. DO NOT GET!!

Shame on you NBC! This app is broken. The ads wont stop running and the videos do not load or play. This poor excuse for an app make your network seem like a 3rd rate UHF station.

This app is getting worse. In addition to showing so many ads, now the real content only plays audio while displaying a black screen. All we need is a simple continuous podcast. Dump this app and start over NBC!

Why is it so difficult to have both audio and video on a consistent basis? This was not an issue when this was offered as a Podcast. Please fix.

Black screen with sound. Ads work fine, but not news stories. Did anyone test this app version before it was released? Maybe you need to test on more platform versions. Very disappointed. Had hoped youd finally realize the problem and released a fixed version... Ugh!

App Has stopped working recently. Ad video plays but then changes to a black screen. Audio plays but no video. Please fix!

Chronic replaying of adverts for revenue every three seconds or so. Only audio with black screen during playback. A dev robbed NBC blind for a horrible job done.

Only the audio will play and the video does not show up. Wish I could still watch it as a podcast. So disappointed :(

Please fix this app. It had worked so well and now its useless if one hopes to watch the entire nightly news broadcast.

The new lags days behind now. I used to be able to watch the news later that very evening. The videos are blank. The only thing that plays are the ads. I miss NBC news but cant figure out how to watch it online. It doesnt work in the browser or either one of the apps.

This app use to work well. Now we lost the video. Now its like a radio news report. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

The app hardly ever works properly. It skips videos all the time and the complete recording of the nightly news hardly ever works.

Very strange app. Will show the latest episode but often will play just a clip. NBC doesnt even care to correctly index their playlist.

Everyone complaining about the App probably didnt reload the App. Yes it stopped working with no video. Reloading the App fixed that. This tells me its an IOS problem... BTW we just upgraded to 9.2 before having problems. Apple is often the culprit for problems.
