how is this app so simple yet broken, so badly broken?

((would have been 0 stars..but Apple disallows ratings equal to opinion))
Anyhow....all i get is an ad loop...a 30 second commercial, repeat...infinitely.
does not show anything besides a commercial.
- i bet they spent alot of money on this too.
Hey NBC; call me/email me, ill rebuild this app so it works(to "work" ; to provide functionality and feature sets that are to the purpose itself without error.) and probably cheaper too. ok ?
