Doesnt work very good

When I try to watch full episodes available after 9:00 pm ET is very bad reception, but if I use individual stories works much better. I guess since in the first case they only put 1 commercial they want to encorage the viewer to use the individual where they make us watch up to 3 commercials. Sometimes it is impossible to watch due to the limited access to the program.
