Ads cause hang

I love being able to watch the news when I am available. This app is glitchy. The ads hang up. The first few seconds play, the opening frame from NBC appears, then the next or first few seconds of an ad show agIn. The app gets stuck in this endless loop. It fails to let me watch the news. Please fix. Id like to watch the news.
